Lily Drummond is an Adelaide raised & based writer and director. Their most recent films include Illustrating Sam Newton (WINNER, Mardi Gras Film Festival 2022 - Audience Award), Points of Sail (Sydney Women’s International Film Festival 2023) and Watch Me Fly (WINNER, Focus On Ability Film Festival 2023 - Best Director). Lily has been recognised on both the national and international stage as a filmmaker to watch, with their work screening at Academy Award qualifying festivals, speaking on international LGBTQ+ and disability-specific film festival panels, and earning multiple accolades for their work around the world. Lily is proud to explore and share stories that are reflective of our diverse human spectrum- stories that have meaning and the potential to evoke change. Lily is a poignant storyteller that is committed to their craft.
